draṣṭṛ-dṛśya-uparaktaṃ cittaṃ sarvārtham
Pervaded with “that which sees” and “that which is seen”, the mind embodies all things
The mind/”that which is seen” is bias/coloured; being influenced by everything that it perceives in the ever-changing world. But the mind itself it also an object of perception for the silent witness/observer that rests in the seat of your consciousness/”that which sees”.
The mind is in a unique position to understand all aspects of the ever-changing world and to know itself. Thus it is the source of your troubles and the means to resolving the same.
