Yoga Sutra 3.46

rūpa-lāvaṇya-bala-vajra-saṃhananatvāni kaya-saṃpat

Bodily perfection is expressed in beautiful features and habits, grace, elegance, strength and diamond-like resistance

Here, Patanjali continues with setting out the effects of practicing samyama on the elements and this sutra lists the effects of mastering the elements.

Grace (lāvaṇya) and beautiful features (rūpa) and good habits can be attributed to the regular practice of yoga asana and a healthy diet.

Strength (bala) - in mind and body - and resilience (saṃhana) are characteristics which are expressed as the light your give off/your glow, like a diamond (vajra).

This sutra, then, reiterates the role and importance of yoga asana in all its aspects: body, breath, energy, attention, mediation.
