Yoga Sutra 3.33

pratibhat va sarvam

Or all is known [comes from saṁyama] on intuition

In Mūrdha / the crown of your head, lives your highest skills; intuition, premonition, a proverbial ‘sixth sense’.

The object of this saṃyama is not a thing, or an action, or a material object, but this mystical concept of intuition. 

Not every type of meditation practice is suitable to all; you must find what works for you.
