The transformation to being “completely absorbed” occurs when your mind reduces its attractions to many things and one-pointedness concentration arises
Last time, Patañjali discussed the peaceful place you find yourself in when you change your mental habits from being distracted to being focused and oriented inwards. Here, Patañjali focuses on the changes that happen gradually. The transformation to being completely absorbed (samādhi) occurs when these changes allow you to remain fixed in the object of meditation.
