Yoga sutra 2.26
viveka-khyātiḥ-aviplavā hāna-upāyaḥ
The method to ending suffering and reaching liberation is achieved when you have continuous clear discrimination
The vision/realisation (khyātiḥ) of the discrimination (viveka) acts as an instrument of healing (upāyaḥ) to ending suffering. By ‘discrimination’ Patanjali means continuous awareness. This is not something that can be achieved in a day and requires constant improvement/training.
