Who is your life-partner?

Ask yourself, ‘who is your life-partner?’. Your wife or husband? Or your mum or dad? Or your friends?

No, not at all. Your real life-partner is your body. Once your body stops responding no one is with you… You and your body stay together from birth to death. What you do with your body is your responsibility and that will come back to you.

The more you look after your body, the more your body will look after you.

What you eat, how and how often you exercise, how you deal with stress, how much rest you allow yourself will all decide your body’s response. REMEMBER: your body is the only permanent address where you live in this lifetime. Your body is your asset / liability which no one else can share.

Your body is your responsibility because you are the real life-partner.

Practice yoga regularly and take care of yourself – money comes and goes; relatives and friends are not permanent; they will not be around forever. Only you can help your body:

  • Pranayama for your lungs

  • Yoga asana for your body

  • Meditation for your mind

  • Walking for your heart

  • Good food for your digestion

  • Good thoughts for your Soul

  • Good karma for all the world
